30 Minute Class – Sun Salutations, Pranayama, Meditation

Follow along with this classical yoga routine which includes 10 minutes of sun salutations, 10 minutes of pranayama – kapalabhati and alternate nostril breathing – and 10 minutes of classical silent meditation. A great way to start the morning, or anytime you need a quick way to relax and recharge.
