Cobra to King Cobra Sequence Bhujangasana
This short sequence begins with the cobra variation with hands lifted off the floor – a good version to isolate the muscles of the back which are used in a proper cobra posture. Then follows the normal cobra position, or bhujangasana. Last is the King Cobra, an advanced variation for strength and flexibility. Demonstrated by Santosha. Camera: Ravidas. Speaker: Sita.
